The validator stopping submissions entirely for titlecase is a bit much, considering there are maps that are being named with a more unique name than titlecase would allow, e.g. 3V351NC3 or names that want it all in 1 word or ascii characters. This is becoming more of a problem with ports as we cant change the name of the map since it is not ours.

How should it be enforced instead? The current procedure would be to ask Hjman to approve the name and bypass checks to get it submitted.
